So why do they publicly claim a net profit for fiscal year 2011?

  1. Because Bolingbrook residents love bullcrap! Lets face it, we the citizens of Bolingbrook love getting screwed in the butt by dishonest politicians. The politicians love it because we the people LET them get away with it.........becuase we love the bullcrap. A vicious circle ain't it? Besides what would Roger do with out his free motel built into the golf club? Wouldn't anybody just love to see Roger lose an election and turn in his key? If you answerted yes to all these questions, then why didn't you's all get off your asses and make sure the dam First Party didn't win elections anymore and do that nasty thing called V O T E !

Rhonda, you or any other site(except that stupid one called topix) can show all the proof that possibly can be to show the public just what kind of crooks they allow to be in office and they just don't get it; DA!

  2. We should have added to any loss and allowed Dream Gay Weddings to book an event, NOT give a deposit and then leave the taxpayers paying for the food/drink that was ordered and the staff that was there to work an event that NO ONE was going to show up to!

    What a GREAT suggestion Rhonda!

  3. Liers figure and figures lie.

Kemper most likely doesn't include depreciation and interest because they only manage the facility. It's up to the village finance people to add that into the Kemper numbers, isn't it?

  4. To Book Smart,

The Village board hired Kemper to manage the facility, including the financials. Once a month, Kemper submits the financial results to the Finance Department.

The Finance Department only reports what Kemper provides.

As a matter of fact, the independent auditors have expressed concern about the Village's (Finance Dept) control over 3rd party submitted financials.

    Thanks for the comments.

  5. The Golf Course needs to take drastic action to change the mounting debt. The Management company has failed. Plus it charges too much. Start taking bids Village Officials!
Furthermore, sell off the restaurant to a nice place and let them take the hit. This way we at least will make the rent.
