This video pisses me off. I totally blame the teachers union. How can anyone defend their outrageous pension plans. What's worst are the politicians that take money from these unions, then turn around and pretend like they give a damn about taxpayers when in fact they dont.
I understand that the Valley View teachers don't pay anything toward their pension. We (taxpayers) pay the total cost. It's not fair and they should pay! It's time for pension reform. Support Senate Bill #512 in Springfield.

ReplyDeleteThey have 9.4% of their salary deducted each and every pay period for their TRS contribution.
